- Capture Customer Driver’s License Image – Using a USB connected desktop scanner (7" x 2"), customer information is automatically retrieved and updated to a database. No need to go to the copy machine or store the paper copy of the license.
- Capture Customer Signature – Scan the signature card or use the desktop signature pad accessory to capture and store the customer’s signature for future online reference.
- OFAC Check & Blocked Transaction Reports – The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) oversees laws and regulations that promote national and international security. All new and existing accounts must be regularly compared to a government-supplied database of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN). At the click of a button, this check is performed.
- Do Not Call Tracking - Before contacting a customer, check their status against the Do Not Call list
- License Plate and Key Tracking System - Never lose track of plates or keys again
- New Customer Reports - Easily create reports of your new customers based on the parameters you choose (salesperson(s) and date range)
